Shipping and Returns

Dear B.U.R.P. Customer,

FedEx and UPS have both recently announced an average 5.9% general rate increase (GRI) effective in January; this is the largest GRI in over a decade. In addition to the GRI, the carriers have announced new surcharges and raised rates on existing surcharges. B.U.R.P. has been taking your concerns about increasing freight costs into consideration during our negotiations with the small parcel carriers.  

B.U.R.P. will be implementing a new freight policy for our customers with flat rate shipping beginning February 1, 2023.

The updated shipping rate will be $13.99 for all orders.

Important Note:

Due to continued pandemic related staffing issues, you may experience a short delay in order processing/shipping. Orders placed earlier in the day have a better chance of shipping the same day. We are doing everything we can to process every order as quickly as possible. 

UPDATE: DUE TO SUPPLY CHAIN ISSUES, WE ARE UN ABLE TO PRODUCE OR SHIP FABRICATED, OUT OF STOCK ITEMS.

IN STOCK ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED PER REGULAR SHIPPING POLICY

ORDERS CAN STILL BE PLACED AND WILL BE CHARGED AS NORMAL. YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED VIA EMAIL WHEN YOUR ITEM IS SCHEDULED TO BE PRODUCED/SHIPPED AND AT THAT TIME YOU HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER FOR A FULL REFUND, OTHERWISE WE WILL PRODUCE AND SHIP YOUR ORDER.

 Shipping on orders:

  • Oversize Items Shipping will be calculated per size and weight. 
  • Over sized items excluded (Hood Prop, Jack Pad, Scale Stands)
  • Apparel excluded

Items are shipped via USPS or UPS, FedEx

Please Note:
UPS and FedEx have suspended their Service Guarantees and have warned we could experience service delays. For more information, please see the FedEx and UPS websites.
  • Shipping rate are based on live carrier rates
  • Shipping rates are calculated at time of checkout
  • In Stock items will ship within 48 hrs
  • Fabricated Items/Out of Stock items usually ship in 5-7 business days

Returns

  • Unused items in original packaging can be returned for a full refund within 14 days from delivery
  • No returns on custom orders including non-standard color options
  • No returns on "Used Parts"
  • $25 re-stocking fee will be charged on all returned items 
  • No fee for exchanges for damaged or defective parts
