We are looking for a Corporate Partnerships Manager to join our dynamic team and drive the growth of strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and brand relationships within the world of motorsports.

Job Summary:

The Corporate Partnerships Manager will play a key role in identifying, securing, and managing high-value partnerships and sponsorships for WDRacing. This individual will work closely with internal stakeholders, including the marketing, competition, and events teams, as well as external partners, to maximize partnership opportunities, deliver on partnership agreements, and ensure mutual success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnership Development: Identify, prospect, and negotiate corporate partnerships and sponsorships with brands aligned with our motorsports initiatives and values. Drive new business opportunities and build long-term strategic relationships.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all corporate partners. Ensure high levels of satisfaction through effective communication, consistent updates, and prompt issue resolution.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead the negotiation process for partnership contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and compliance with organizational goals. Work closely with legal teams for contract execution.
  • Activation & Execution: Oversee the activation of partnership agreements, ensuring that all deliverables and expectations are met, including branding, event participation, hospitality, and digital content creation. Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution.
  • Sponsorship Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of corporate partnerships. Provide regular reports to both internal stakeholders and partners, showcasing ROI, engagement metrics, and the impact of sponsorships.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities within the motorsports sector to proactively identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Event Support: Assist in the organization and execution of motorsports events, activations, and promotional campaigns that involve corporate partners.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in corporate partnerships, sponsorship sales, or business development, preferably within the motorsports, sports, or entertainment industries.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the motorsports landscape, including key stakeholders, trends, and audience demographics.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven ability to secure high-value sponsorships and partnerships with a track record of success in negotiations and relationship management.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create compelling presentations and deliver them to senior-level stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creativity & Problem Solving: Ability to think strategically and creatively to develop unique partnership packages and solutions that add value for both the company and its partners.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Sports Management, or a related field preferred but not required.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel for events, activations, and partner meetings as needed.
